Back to Cali! No cross-country roadtrip this year, but lots of fun on the horizon nonetheless :)

Well, here we go again...

Either it's because I was on the oppposite side of the plane or we took a different approach this time, but we had a splendid view minutes before landing.

Golden Gate

Hello SF, I'm back!

San Fran, version 2008

One of the things I was impatient to see was whether my first impression from last year would come back. And, somewhat surprisingly, I felt exactly the same. I officially love San Francisco. :) It's a lot more laid back than NYC, everything feels more relaxed here. Don't get me wrong, I love New York, but it's definitely a different vibe.

I scheduled the Golden Gate for newt week, I didn't want to spent the rest of the day running around catching BART and cabs and stuff just to get there, and only have 5 minutes at that. So I strolled through Chinatown.

And I chilled out in beautiful Washington Square, since San Fran has one too ;)

I have to say, between the two, I do prefer NYC's Washington Square Park. :D But it's very nice nonetheless.
